MindWhisper is a private voice-journaling app. This policy explains what happens to your recordings.
When you record a reflection, the audio is sent securely to our backend and to a third-party AI service in order to transcribe it and generate insights, which are then returned to you. This processing exists only to provide the app's core features.
Your journal entries and their insights are stored so you can access them. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your recordings to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.
No advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking, no sharing of your reflections with other users.
You can delete individual entries in the app, or clear all data from Settings. Deleting the app removes locally stored data; contact us to request deletion of any server-stored data.
MindWhisper is a self-reflection tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
MindWhisper is intended for users aged 12 and up.
